Bad service someone's not doing his/her job

In June last year I paid my Legit account in full & wanted it closed, I paid it at Legit Eastgate I told the branch manager I wanted to close my account so she called the head office (Edcon) an agent spoke to me & I told him to close my account. Last month when I was making enquiries in my bank I found that my Legit account was still active, I called them for an explanation but they told me on their side it's closed I should get a copy of my credit report from Transunion to see if it's updated there. I got one Monday which still reflects Legit account as active, when I called them they told me someone must have forgotten to update my information on ITC. This has affected my credit ratings & no one has a decency to take some responsibility, actually I'm very disappointed with their service after I've honestly paid their money without being cajoled.
