Arrears!!! Incorrect and Bad service

I have two personal loans with Joshua Doore, I have been receiving sms's from February this year stating that one of my personal loans is in arrears. I then went into the the Phoenix Plaza branch to query why i have been getting these sms's and to double if i have missed out any payments. According to an adviser at the store my loan was update and i should ignore these sms's. I kept getting the sms's but ignored it as i was told to do.
Last week i received a call from Joshua Doore stating that mt loan is in arrears of an amount of R1500 and i should make an payment, when i queried with the consultant which months payment was not made she was unable to tell me. Few mins after that call i got another call stating that the first payment for July 2012 was not made. After that call i went to the store again to query and an adviser at store mentioned that my payment for Sept. 2012 was not made but i queried before at the store and i was told I was not in arrears. I am really not happy with the service and the inconvenience. No-one knows exactly how my loan is in arrears and according to the statements that have been posted out to me shows I'm not in arrears. Terrible service!
