I would like to lodge a complaint. I had a Legit account and it was overdue. I went to pay on the 28th of September 2013 to settle the full amount, when I was about to pay the full amount, the cashier told me that I should call Legit call Centre because when customers settle the account, they receive a DISCOUNT.
Great I thought! So I paid the discounted amount and was told that after 21 days the account will be closed (unless I wish to reopen it). I then asked for a settlement letter in the interim and was told it will be emailed to me in 3 days, I kept phoning them but to date, I still don't have the SETTLEMENT LETTER! Their call centre agents keep redirecting me to a million consultants who also can't assist me!
Even though I was given a discount, their system still says I owe them which I don't understand because by now the account should have been closed (a month later after payment was processed). It's frustrating because my ITC is affected even though I have paid the store. I will write as many reports as possible until this account (which I paid in full) is CLOSED!!!
