Edgars refuse to update my account status

This is the fourth report I write about Edgars. I paid up my account last year November and when I check with the credit bureaus this account is still active with a balance of R325. There is an incompetent person at Edgars called Zanele Makhubu, who always sends me letters that say the account is paid up and closed, however she forgets to update this information with the credit bureaus. She keeps on saying that the information will stay there for 24 months. This information is closed and paid up and it must reflect as such even at the credit bureaus. I have already started a process with the consumers watch (tribunal) to force Edgars to update that status. They think I will ever have an account with them. I will never have an account with Edcon seeing that their staff is incompetent. For the past two weeks I have called their call centres and they promised to update this account status, but in vain so far. This Zanele Makhubu person must learn and understand that this account is closed and paid up and this is what she / Edcon send at the bureaus, not that this account is active and with R325 outstanding. Edgars, you make me sick.
