No response from Legit or Edcon Websites

Unfortunately I have to refer to this platform since I had no response from Edcon or Legit's websites. On 09/06/2013 I went to pay my Jet account @ Legit Festival Mall. 1stly I was ignored at front desk and only after i cleared my throat to draw attn. Nontobelo asked Sophie, who was at the teller area but fiddled with items, looking everywhere except up, to help me. She mumbled something and said "Come over here". I greeted politely and asked for the account to be paid handed my credit card and specifically stated - Plse pay R1300 for me on 6 months budget - it will not go through on strait. Next a message from my bank - insufficient funds. No apology just a blank stare. Nontobelo had to apologise as senior at the branch and correct the transaction. I want to know - Does Sophie even know how to greet and what client services means? Who is responsable for the rejection fee from my bank (R57-50) and a poor ITC reflection?
