I paid up my account which was not in arrears and requested Edgars to close it and update the information on credit bureaus last year. I paid Edgars and all my other accounts up to improve my credit score. I just pulled out my credit report and guess what Edgars still reflects as an active account with a monthly payment of R530. This is affecting my affordability rate so could you please close my account as I dont owe you any money and please, please, please update the status to closed! I would like to buy a house next year and I want this corrected before I do.
