This deal has been going on from last year, whereby i have already paid in full for my dining room set and have still not being satisfied. They delivered damaged goods to my place in December and when i told them about it they promised to make up the 3 new damaged units (2 x benches and my centre unit), but it's now April and so they promised that by the end of this week i will receive my goods. This as been going on for too long now and i was the person making all the calls to them, so then they tell me they will compensate with a free gift for the delay and today when i asked about the gift now they start passing the buck around. I really had about enough now dealing with these guys. Please help i feel they owe me that gift (side unit for dinning room set) and my table top and benches.
