Damaged goods

I purchased furniture in the month of June and little did I know that would be the biggest mistake that I have ever made. The furniture that was delivered at my parents was damaged of which I then complained about before my 1st installment went off and I was advised that it would be resolved and the goods where then exchanged and I got goods that were supposed to be new and yet the goods were still damaged. I then escalated this matter to one of the area manager and her name was Zelda who also did try and to assist but still I am an unhappy customer of which I had decided to cancel my contract and took a different dining room suit and I am still experiencing the same problem. My second debit order is due to go off on the 20/09 and to make matters worse is that the table and the chairs are chipped off as if I bought them at some pawnshop and yet the goods are almost worth R45000.00 . I received a call from Patrick this morning advising me that his supplier will not be able to exchange all my goods, I then asked why because come the 20th my debit order goes through and yet why must I be paying for something that is not of value for my money and with this experience received from them
