I bought the dining room suite and the base set from Geen & Richard, Andries Street, Pretoria.
They delivered the dining room with a damaged table. The Manager (Billy) assembled the dining suite personally and noticed the damages, he promised to replace the table and have the base set delivered within a week. Time passed by and I have not heard from them, after 2 months of waiting and I then decided to cancel the contract cause I did not receive the replacement of the damaged good and missing base set. A month later (in June 2013) Regina (the saleslady) contacted me to confirm the cancellation and she promised to arrange for the collection of the goods.
Nothing has been done since and I would appreciate it if this can be attended to urgently as I feel I am sitting with the goods that I am not paying and I am afraid that African bank will blacklist me for non payment.
