I purchased a dining room set and a tv unit from Rochester. When the goods were eventually delivered (which was way after the promised delivery date), they were all damaged. We returned them, and a few weeks later more damaged goods were delivered. I then decided to cancel the purchase. I forwarded the cancellation from to them on Wednesday, 17 July 2013. They collected their furniture on Friday, 18.07.2013. It is almost a month later and they have not refunded my money. My numerous calls have not been returned.
