Still NO GOODS

After my previous complaint, to my delight i received an e mail saying the goods were late. becase the goods were going to be late i was promised a free gift. this week. which is about to be over. i was told i would be contacted and sent a free gift... still waiting for my gift... still waiting for my goods.
