Poor service and non-delivery of requested goods

Early august i went into lewis looking to buy an entertainment unit and their sales persons were very eager to help and eventually they talked me into buying a few items.
They told me it was same day delivery but i waited three weeks untill they delivered after calling them countless times (they didnt bother to contact me ones the contyract was signed untill i started asking about the delivery of my goods).

They delivered only three items out of the four items i purchased, the dinning room set was not delivered.

the manager told me the dining room set would be delivered the next day. this didnt happen untill i started calling them again after 2days. a week later the manager came and delivered a dinning room set which was in very bad shape - the table top had horrible deep scratches and the edges looked nipped off. he wrote on the delivery slip that the table would be exhcanged and he signed it off. this was ealry september.

It is now October and the dinning room set has still not been exchanged.. iv went to the store 3 times and called countles times and i am still waiting for the dinning table to be exchanged.. this is poor delievry form Lewis!! will not recommend
