I bought a 9 piece Antoinette Dinning room suite, cash in February 2013. When the good were delivered it was damaged with scratches on the table and chairs, Ahmed was aware of the problem, wrote on the delivery note for new table top and chairs to be exchanged. I go there every month and only get promises that it will happen soon. 8 Months down the line and I'm still waiting. I went there on Saturday 12/10 and again he promised that he will sent new goods that same day, but get this I must see if I like it before being uploaded, because that is probably used goods as per my dining room set. I want a full refund of my money because that was already used and damaged was sold to me. I'm no longer going to waste my precious time with Ahmed, Lewis fix this. If this is how you treat customers, it's despicable. FULL REFUND.
