Still waiting for my fridge

Good day,

I bought a fridge at Eastgate LG on the 18th January 2013, and collected it at Germiston warehouse on that same day, But when i got home I discovered that the doors of the fridge dont close properly. I reported this at Eastgate on the 25th January and they told me they would send LG technicians to come inspect/fix the fridge. The inspection was conducted on the 29th of January and they said it had a factory fault and therefore has to be ex-changed. I went back to Eastgate to inform them of the feedback and they said that they would get authorization from LG to replace the fridgde. I was then promised an upliftment of the faulty fridge and delivery of a new fridge still in January. I have been to the store over 6 times to follow up on the matter and to-date (9th April 2013) I still havent received my fridge which was paid for in CASH on the 18th. Everytime i go to the store i get reason after reason. In March i got a call from Eastgate to say that if they dont deliver the fridge first week of April they will commit to giving me a fidge model above the current one that i bought. Today still no fridge, no call from Game. Very disappointing service! Customer not a priority!
