After moving from Mosselbay to Mokopane I have re applied for a new club-card as my old clubcard No:0200186648595 has got my Mosselbay address and the card is broken. I applied at the store in Mokopane and they told me I will receive my new card in 4 weeks time. My application was done during November 2012.
After several enquiries no card has reached me. The two branch mannagers in Mokopane has peronaly phoned the Card division and still no reponse. Igot pruf of e-mails been send to Phineas Ngobeni, Refiloe Khanya and Teboho Ratsiane. They prommissed to despatch it immediately but still nothing has reached me. I am going to loose all my buying points on my Club-Card and I am very unhappy the way tha case has been handled. Please help me
