Terrible Client Service

I went into Clear Water to exchange shoes I bought for my husband last week. I then noticed that Edgars are giving away double points if you spend it today. I was quite excited as I have been saving my points to buy a perfume. My current point balance was 414 and to double the points meant 800 plus which would be enough to buy the perfume. Well lo and behold this was not to happen. I went to customer service to query this and was told that my points were doubled already. Explained that was not so and lady understood. Called the call centre and I spoke o tLerato who said the double points were only for selected clients who received sms's. Asked to speak to supervisor and the message that came back from supervisor (Tammy) was she will sort out my query tomorrow and call me. Went to buy the perfume anyway and spoke to the sales lady about the points. She told me double points for all Edgars customers who have points and wished to use them today. Tried to locate a floor manager and waited for 30 minutes and no joy. I love my Edgars shopping experience, but I am thinking of closing this account now.
