After being hesitant in opening a clicks club card, the cashier at the Lenasia Trade Route Mall convinced me about all the perks and discounts i will be receiving if i opened an account.
I took the time to carefully fill out all the necessary information. It has now been over a year and i STILL have not received this card after being promised i will receive it after 4-6 weeks.
I have phoned the customer care department numerous times and i have been continuously been promised that the card is on its away.
I have reached my limit and i don't understand how difficult it can be to just get a card delivered!!
For such a well known and established company its absolutely disgusting how incompetent one can be in just getting a card delivered!
