FNB POOR SERVICE AND PUTS PEOPEL UNDER

I would just like to point out some of the problems I have with First National Bank Mokopane!

I opened a Smart Cheque Account from FNB (Acc no: 62366641001) in August 2012 over the telephone (as it is a service from FNB) - the lady who helped me was very kind and polite and I experienced the BEST service from her! She told me everything was approved and that I should go and collect my Cheque card from the nearest FNB branch (Mokopane).

So the very next day I went to FNB in Mokopane to go and collect my card (with my proof of residence, reference no and original ID) when I got to FNB- Mokopane they told me that there is no records on the system with my ID or Reference no and asked me why did I do it over the telephone? So I told them if they have a problem with people applying over the telephone they shouldn't offer such services! So I had to re-apply!

So a few months go by (without any complains) until 12th January 2013 that is! I wanted to withdraw money from a STANDERDBANK ATM in Mokopane with my FNB Cheque card, when I inserted my FNB card, FNB send me a SMS:
"FNB? Your transaction on Card Num 9340 was declined as your pin is incorrect. Pease try another AT
