My clicks club card was in June. I called the call center to order a new gold club card, but after having called 3 times, I've still haven't received it. Clicks only keep on sending me my vouchers, (which I cant use unless I have a clubcard)
I don't feel like calling in for the 4th time to reorder. Please can you check your system and let me know what is happening with this card and get it sorted out. I will shop at Dischem untill I get my card back. Clicks did send me a discovery card, but I am looking for my normal gold card to use with my vouchers and collect points.
