I went onto clicks online to view my club card points and it says I qualify for cash back however the voucher is not displayed and I have not received my voucher in the mail. I contacted the queries department via e mail and got an automated reply that they were experiencing high query volumes. It is now the third day and I still have not received any assistance. If clicks is unable to provide adequate staff to handle club card issues they should not advertise its use. I have personally chosen clicks instead of Dischem due to their club card points and this is really terrible service and a misrepresentation of their club card system.
