We have a Clubcard with Clicks, and applied for a Family card in 2012. After collection of points for over a year anda half, we called Clicks regarding an issue with our card.
We were told after the 3rd call to customer care, that our card had been duplicated and issued to us, and another gentleman in another part of SA.
We were told the issue will be escalated and to await feedback. It has been 2 weeks and numerous messages but we haven't received any feedback, except for a standard message from them.

Can such a simple task be messed up so largely? We take for granted that our cards are ours, but be wise people and double check. It seems that a basic task of issuing correct cards to club members is not an easy task for Clicks, neither is feedback, it seems.

Getting a standard response from Clicks is not acceptable. Having to repeatedly ask for feedback is highy unsatistfying and shows Clicks disregard for their customers.

We shop at Clicks, largely for the rewards and cash back on purchases. And its is not acceptable that our rewards are reaped by someone else, and vice versa.

Please people beware and double check your rewards cards!
