Duplicate Profile created - Club Card

The mind boggles - I attempted to use my Clicks club cash back vouchers, which I received in the mail; only to be told the number on the vouchers did not match my club card. Confusion!! I have always had my club card number, the only change being when I attached my Clicks clubcard to my Vitality membership - otherwise, years and years and years nothing changed. Club card representative seemed incapable of understanding my frustration or unable to answer my questions. HOW can a duplicate profile be created in Feb 2013 using my details including cashback vouchers - which means this card is being used - coming to my home address, when the only clubcard is the one in my hand, with a different number. This means my personal information available to Clicks is not safe. This means that Clicks has no processes or systems in place to protect me their client.

I will be cancelling any club cards with clicks - hopefully including this suspicious new one - and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Annoyed and frustrated!
