On 21/05 my card was swallowed by the ATM at Nylpark. The card reader was faulty. I went to the branch and a new card was issued. I noticed I was charged R76 for the new card. I send a secure message to the branch on Sunday to ask them to reverse the fee as I am not at fault for the card reader not working. Winnie phoned me Monday afternoon and said that it is the system that charges. I told her to go to the manager and get authorisation to reverse the fee. Up to today no fee has been reversed and no feedback as to why.
