I took loan with Russells $ i signed debit order forms and agreed 1st deduction to go through on 25th, which they failed to do deduction and money was there on my bank account for all my deductions. Now i get. Many calls and nasty letters that threatens to list me in credit berroau. I tried to explain and send emails that. Says they should rectify their mistakes but i get no help, instead i pay arreas thats being caused by them every month. Can Russells go back to my payments history with them and see how loyal am i to them?
