Customers cannot complain about service as there are no customer service. I had 5 personal loans with Russells and settled all of the loans on 06/11/2012 - proof off payments were faxed and emailed to the numbers given by Russells. At the end of Nov debit orders did go off on our bank account - I started phoning and e-mailing proof - 1 of the payments do not reflect on their system and nobody seems committed to help me to get this problem sorted out. I have given proof of EFT and proof of bankstatments to customer service and given it in at the Bothaville branch 4 times - but still the problem is not sorted out. It does not help to phone the customer care line as I get disconnected every time and to send e-mail does not help. I do not know what to do anymore - to go to a branch did not help as the personel at the branch is also complaining about the loan department and I stay 70km from the nearest branch- I am thinking off consulting a law firm as I get no help from Russells and I cannot just leave the problem as it is. I settled the account and need my money back that was wrongly deducted from our account.
