To whom it may conecern, My mom has been a loyal customer for Russells and she bought a washing machine and was paying her instalments up untill she got terminally ill and could not perfome her duties at woek anymore and she could not pay her account due to she had a loss of memory and everything just stopped i called Russells to nform them and was advised to send the doctors paper to prove that she cant go back to work anymore that was delayed from my site due to the doctors needed to confirm that yes she cant go back to work anymore, as they had to do different test and she was on the traeatment and wanted to see if she can recover quickly but that did no happen so the doctors gave a letter that yes she cant go back to work, to my suprise my mom was paying for Goods insurance and life insurance as well but because she failed to make the payments they sent the driver to come and collect the machine, what i need to know what is the insurance money paid for? and how do we handle this situation? please advise.
