Hi, russells sent one of their technicians to fix my refrigerator since it was giving me problems, after an hour technician came back to my house saying that russells instructed him to get the fridge back as it must be replaced, only to find out later that he was lying to me, the only reason he took the fridge back was because russells did not pay him for fixing it, I'm now 3days without fridge, food rotten, have complained to the branch manager and customer services, but still no help
