So in February we bought a fridge, we were overcharged and after an "investigation" we were promised a refund of R200.00, which was the overcharged amount. It's been 6 weeks and still no refund.
I will never buy anything from Russells again, nor will I ever advise anyone to buy from Russells, because the service and attitudes are pathetic. They just generally don't give a about their customers.
