Hope all is well.
I still haven't had any feedback from Russells on the complaint I have written in Tuesday 15 October 2013. In the meantime I have contacted JDG Financial services who said that Russells is obligated to repair my tv. I also contacted the "old russells" in Modimolle which is now Price n Pride who also said that Russells is obligated to repair my television. And the branch in Witbank still refuse. What should i do now?
