I had a personal loan with Russells, which I settled on the 9th of February 2013. I stopped the debit order at the bank and no money went of at the end of February. Great was my surprise when money went of at the end of March. I phoned Russells immediately and spoke to a Brian. He wasn't very helpful and told me to go to a branch and fill in certain forms. Its not my fault that some one at Russells is trying to my money. He also didn't want to put me through to his manager. If this problem is not sorted out today and the money refunded to me, I will be forced to open a case of with the SAPS.
