I complained before with the account that was suppose to be cancelled last year December as Russells failed to deliver after 6 weeks however the account is still not cancelled. For the past week i have been communicating with Thokozani who was really updating me and assured me that the account is cancelled. However today i received an sms to advise me that i have arrears of R1610 on my Russells account, i would like to know what is happening.
