I went to Woolworths Southgate to buy a couple of groceries. Now I have been an account holder for over 8 years. When I had done my shop and went to the counter, I unpacked half my shopping onto the counter by the teller for him to decline my woolworths temporary card, telling me it had expired. I then got really upset and proceeded in telling him that its not my fault the card had expired and I haven't received my original card as yet. Well after ages of arguing. Requested to speak to the store manager Sandy, well she refused to help me too. Infront of the whole store she told me that I couldn't purchase my shopping on my acc as my card had expired and that she would send me a vip card which I will get in 10 working days. I asked if she could print me a temp card again for the mean time and she said NO. I had to pack my groceries back into trolley and leave it! I was publically humiliated and made to feel like, I am taking this further! I then went to Westgate Woolworths and told them what happened at Southgate. A lady by the name of Tshabu appologised and printed me a new temp card till I get my card, I then had to go and do my shop AGAIN!
