My card was which I reported 24/10/2013. I visited Client Service to have a new card issued 30/10/2013. The lady told me that I must produce my green ID document for identification. I told her that my ID was also. I told her that I could give her a copy of my ID, my South African Passport or a Temporary Drivers Licence which was just issued as prove of my identification. She phoned Siya from WFS who also said I require a green ID. My husband approached the manager (Justin) who issued me with a temporary card. He said a new card will be in the post shortly. My complaint is why could other department stores issue me with a new card within 3 minutes with my South African passport as proof of identification. I was already traumatised by the burglary during the night while I was sleeping and then to receive this type of service from Woolworths. Robin from your Client Service phoned me 21/11/2013 after I enquired what was the delay in issuing me with a new card. She told me that if I don't receive my card by 26/11/2013 I can apply for a VIP card. As to date no card issued. Why so long to issue a card. Poor, Poor, Poor service Woolworths
