TEMPORARY CARD/ WAITING FOR WOOLWORTHS CARD

I went into woolworths yesterday 25/02/2013 to purchase a few things in the food section. On arriving at the till the cashier said that my temporary card has expired she needs to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor asks me do i not have my woolworths card yet i said if i had it i wouldnt have purchased with my temporary card. She said well the card has expired didnt i read that it said expiry 21/02/2012. Excuse me does anyone read fine print when you know you are waiting for your card. It is as sure as not my fault if Woolworths does not post the cards off in time. So i had to put everything back after the Ladies in the accounts dept tried contacting woolworths re my card. PATHETIC, EMBARRESING AS I PAY MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH WHILE WAITING FOR CARD. PLEASE FOLLOW UP ON YOUR STAFF IN THE FOOD SECTION AS TO HOW THEY SHOULD SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. OR GET RID OF THEM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. NEVERMIND THE WAIT FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR FOR THESE STAFF MEMBERS TO ACTUALLY TRY AND SORT MY CARD OUT AT HEAD OFFICE.
