I went to the campus squire branch and got to customer services. I was attended to by a woolworths representative by the name of Mbali Mbotha, I requested a temporary card while I wait for my card to be posted, I told her I need it urgently as there is death in my family, I need to get a few things for the funeral using my instore card. She called woolworths instore cards call centre and we got through to Sadia Frances who gladly assisted us, she assured me that my card will be delivered at Cresta Mall within 7 days and told me that my card can only be issued by management discretion. Mbali told me that TEMPORTY CARDS ARE ONLY ISSUED TO NEW ACCOUNTS, fine I understood her clearly. I then asked about management discation and she called someone by the name of Samantha Themba, who told me that: BASED ON MY PROFILE THEY CAN NOT ISSUE ME A TEMP CARD, new to me. When I asked what she meant by that she could not give a clear answer, she refered me to another store manager by the name of Mlamule Nyathi, who looked very annoyed, he's version of not issuing the card was that HE CANNOT ISSUE A TEMP CARD BECAUSE I'M NOT REGULAR CUSTOMER AT HE'S STORE. HE ALSO SAID I MUST NO COME WITH NONSENSE
