I bought a new Titleist D2 driver and luckily played a game the next day because if i hadnt, I would have paid R1800 for a 2nd hand club and no tool to adjust my driver. My golfing partner advised me that i should have received a tool to enable me to change driver settings.
The stoor did change the head of the driver and gave me a 2nd hand tool. They also changed my driver settings to completely the wrong settings after talking to my pro a week later. The entire experience made me feel lik they are just normal sales people pushing sales knowing very little about the equipment.

I did contact the stoor to get a pouch for my tool. I was told I can pick it up on the Sunday but when I arrived the store was closed. The manager did take my mobile nr but never called me back to inform me the store will be closed.

I also bought a golf flight carry bag from them 3 years back. I decided to invest in a good Taylor Made bag. 3 years down the line and holes are already appearing in 1 spot where there is no lining support. I had to use glue to ensure the bag does not rip and expose my clubs.

Overall not a good experience after spending over R4000 in 2 weeks time.
