I recently purchased a fridge from HIFI Corp online. The fridge was delivered without me being contacted or notified and was simply left outside front door as no one was home. I find this to be totally irresponsible and unacceptable. Also the fridge arrived with a scratch on it. As is this was not bad enough, HiFI corp never sent the warranty along with the fridge. Afetr being promised that the warranty would be emailed and delivered to me, it is now one month later and still no warranty! HiFi corp your service has been disgusting and I dont wish to do business with you anymore! your unsatisfactory service is disgusting!
