We brought a KIC fridge in HIFi Corperation on 2013-05-05, but after a few days we find out that the fridge we brought were making a loud noise and also the hole that carry the water back to the the fridge is blocked which makes water messing all over the place. So we went back to the HIFI Corperation on the (2013.05.19) to report the following problems. One of the hifi worker took a copy of our receipt and took my info down . i was told that a they will contact us within 48 hours (which should be Tuesday) till now they didn't even bother to contact us and let us know what is happening . i find this is very irresponsible and full of empty promises.
