I would like to give a great big compliment to Devan Pillay, store manager at HIFI Corp Clearwater Mall. I reported a problem directly to him regarding the purchase of a Hisense Fridge. I constantly received feedback from him and once it became imminent that the issue wouldn't be sorted out timeously he offered to refund me without a big fight. I promptly revisited is store and bought an even bigger and better model fridge. Just shows you what some good customer services skills can do. It really seems that Marco's new client-centric strategy is paying off.
