As I live in a small remote town I do a lot of purchases on line. Last month I purchased a laptop from HIFI Corp on line as it was the best priced laptop on the market at the time. A couple of days later I asked for a delivery date on the website contact service and was replied to within 30 minutes. The laptop was delivered to my door within 5 days and delivery was free. I then purchased a side by side fridge freezer from them on line and it was delivered on the 4th day. They had some difficulty in getting hold of my wife but persevered until she answered her cell phone and delivery was made. The fridge was even unwrapped and placed where it was to stay.
This is the kind of service every company in South Africa should give. I will certainly be doing business with them again.
