Double debit again i am tired of this

I dont know who does your accounts there but again you come and double debit my account. last time this happened i got my money back from you after a week and thus inconveniencing me in a very big way. now you double debit and some of my debit orders have failed to go through now who is going to pay for that? me again?
get your house in order!!! am tired of this. and i need that money back today
