I Andiswa Kwinana was very disappointed today with the service i received at Edgars, Chris Hani branch. I went there to exchange shoes as they were uncomfortable for my sister. They refused to change the shoes and their reason was i must take them back to where i bought them. we waited for more than 45 minutes to be assisted by the person in charge of the shoe department. when she finally decides to come she gets there with a bad attitude and says "she's on lunch" and she tells us that she will NOT change the shoes period and she doesn't care what we do. She was loud and rude, caused a scene in front of other clients. she threatened me saying that she'll get me outside. Should anything happen to me i hold Edgars liable as the threat was made in front of the customers and other staff members She stated that we can go to HELLO PETER and that's exactly what I'm doing and I'm pleading with hellopeter team to help me on this matter. my contact number is 0735087015 and my email address is [Email Removed]
