I must really say how disappoint it is to see and receive this bad services from big stores like edgars, i went to buy tekkies @ edgars shoes only shop the guy who got the shoes for me was very efficient but the other staff members they did not look bothered at all they where busy with their cell phones behind the counter anyway since they refused to take back the shoes that i just bored from edgards main store with in 5 minutes time difference not even a day just to change with the clean ones that they had, i had to back and credit that pair and come back and still when i came back am standing at the counter with the same people playing not assistinguntill they decided to call someone to come and assist me with the purchase.
training on how to treat customers is very important.
still dont understand if i just borred shoes from your main branch across the road from your store how is it so difficult just to change the shoes or credit it for me THATS GOING AN EXTRA MILE FOR THE CUSTOMERS AGAIN IT BOILS BACK TO TRAINING AND GIVING A BETTER SERVICE.
I AM REALY SHOCKED UNBELIEVABLE!!!
