Edgars has a shoe sale over the week-end but unfortunately did not have my size. The Prato store across edgars did have the shoe in my size at the sale price as well but would not move it over to the edgars branch cause that is not their policy. The manager Charity would not even come out to explain as to why and just said no. Instead the store attendant asked that i buy the show from the edgars store and exchange it at Prato since they are one in the same. It took me about 10 minutes to do so and in that 10 minutes the policy had changed. They refused to change my shoe and was given an absoluted patectic excuse cause although they stock branded, kelso and Prato shoes, they dont do exchanges on kelso... So why stock Kelso shoes if you wont allow exchanges on them. It took a while for Purity"the so called Manager to come out of the back room where i assume she was entertaining her family to keep repeating the same line>>>we stock kelso but wont exchange. Please bring some professionalism into your store and some customer service would not hurt either. Now im stuck with a shoe that is a size too small cause of false information related to me.
