I bought sandals on Sunday at Chris Hani crossing after I was sent an sms to advise me that I have been given 10 000 thank you points, only to be told that the points don't reflect on their system. Nevertheless I paid for the shoes. This morning I wanted to wear one pair only to realise that the shoe seemed a little to small after I had unfortunately ripped off the tags. Because I knew, as is my witness, that I have never worn the shoes. I went to Sandton city to request for them to be changed to a size 5 only to be treated like a common criminal by a supervisor, named Palesa who pretty much threw me with the slip! To top it off the teller who was assisting, was told that he was holding up the queue and wasting time with me like im a piece of! IF I had worn the shoes they would be bent, I would have washed them but I didn't because I had nothing to cover up. Palesa needs to learn how to deal with clients and Chris Hani needs to ensure their floor is clean and check all their shoes are not damaged as I was advised they are damaged when I have never worn the shoes! I don't wish the treatment I received on ANYONE even my worst enemy!
