After phoning Game store they promised to come and collect the dishwasher. After waiting in vain for two weeks I eventually took the dishwasher in myself. The dishwasher has now been there for seven weeks. After numerous calls and enquiries with no satisfactory answer or a date when the dishwasher will be repaired I went to Game store in Rustenburg Waterfall Mall I spoke to the manager regarding Games policy that all items will be repaired within a thirty day period, or money back guarantee or replacing of item. The manager ended up having an attitude and the more I was referring to Games policy and promises that are advertised all over the store the more rude he was becoming. If this is the service I receive from Game then I will never purchase there again. Why did I pay extra for an extended guarantee if Game does not keep to their word and policies?
