I purchased a duvet cover approx. 3 months ago. About just after a month ago I used the product and then washed it, the black suede leaves that are on the duvet started to peel off. I sent an email to head office two weeks ago and they asked which branch I bought it from and i told them bedford center.. Up to today still no response from anyone. I also explained i no longer have the slip however it was the first purchase i made with the thank u card that i signed up for. I am sure you can pick up purchases with that info - very disappointing especially from Boardmans..
