Expensive duvet- terrible quality

I purchased a double duck down duvet for about R800 approx 4 weeks ago. Since the first day i purchased it I find loose feathers all over my bed and floor every morning, somehow they find their way through the duvet, even though there are no holes. I have also been actually scratched by the steams of the feathers that come through! This is not good at all! I purchase many items from boardmans and have never had any issues and have always been happy with the quality of the products until this specific item!
