Where to begin! I was ready to re-do my bedroom and buy everything from Mr. Price Home, as I really like your store and the prodcuts you offer. After doing my homework online, I made sure your store has everything in stock I need and off to the store I went.
When I arrived at the store..Big surprise there was nothing in stock. Why do you have a website with stock counts if you do not updated? If that was not all, I asked fo assistacne, twice and non was given. The staff just look around and ignor the question. I asked if there was a King size duvet somewhere on display or maybe at the return counter and no service was offered. I walked to the check out counter to ask/see if there was a return of a King size duvet. There was a duvet, so I asked one of the consultants if it was being kept out for another client... she just stared at me and looked around like: "I do not want to asissist this client". Then she aked a few other consultants and they all had the same bad attitude. I decided to leave the store and not buy anything, as I cannot buy anything without the duvet.
I went to @Home, where I bought a Duvet and receievd excelent service!!!
