On 29 March I purchased groceries at President Hyper. I paid with my debit card, the card machine did not respond to print the slip, I was taken to a different till and the card was swiped again, the machine printed the slip. BUT the first attempt at putting the payment through was not cancelled and the charge went off my account twice. They now tell me that the 1 amount was reversed, but my bank cant find where President Hyper have reversed the money back to me. I am being pushed around by the Hyper and they insist that they have Proof that they reversed the payment. I have been doing my monthly shopping at this shop since they opened and spend between R3000 and R4000 there every month now they am not interested to give me back my money which means that I am unable to pay for other necessary things this month. I wont be shopping there again anytime soon.
